Training through Esposearch Courses and professional selection, engagement or project allocation through Esposearch.net are separate processes.

By using Esposearch Courses, you represent that you have the legal capacity required to use the platform and enter into applicable transactions under the laws that apply to you.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, comply with these Terms and respect applicable intellectual-property, privacy, consumer-protection, security and other legal requirements.

If you have not reached the age at which you may independently enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you should use the platform only with appropriate parent or legal-guardian involvement where permitted by law.

Course enrollment and certain platform features may require an individual learner account. The current learner-account access point is: esposearch.courses/account/.

When creating or using an account, you agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You will use your own learner account and not impersonate another person.
• You will not share paid course access or account credentials unless expressly permitted.

Esposearch may reasonably restrict or suspend an account where fraud, security abuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized sharing or a serious violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.

Enrollment generally becomes effective after completion of the applicable registration and payment process and successful confirmation through the platform or the relevant payment system.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, course enrollment is personal to the registered learner and may not be transferred, assigned, resold or shared with another person without prior authorization.

The course title, description, price, prerequisites, access conditions and other material terms presented at the time of purchase form part of the applicable transaction, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Purchasing or accessing a course does not automatically constitute course completion or satisfaction of assessment requirements.

Esposearch Courses currently uses exactly two WordPress training levels: Beginner and Expert. There is no Intermediate training level.

Successful completion of the required Beginner course is a prerequisite for progression into Expert-level training.

The Expert level currently consists of 10 paid WordPress specializations. Expert courses are separate enrollments and learners are not required to purchase or complete all 10 specializations.

Course prices are displayed before purchase. Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available through the platform.

The current standard regular course pricing is:

• WordPress Website Development Fundamentals: $99.
• Each Expert specialization: $199.

Each Expert specialization is purchased separately. Purchasing one Expert course does not provide automatic access to the remaining Expert courses unless a separate offer expressly states otherwise.

Prices may be changed for future transactions. Unless required by law or separately agreed, a later price change does not retroactively change the price of a completed transaction.

Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, currency provider or other financial intermediary may independently apply currency conversion, transaction, processing or other charges. Esposearch does not control charges imposed independently by those third parties.

Course access may depend on successful payment confirmation. Failed, reversed, disputed, cancelled or fraudulent payments may result in delayed, suspended or withdrawn access where legally and operationally appropriate.

Course access is associated with the learner account used for enrollment and is governed by the applicable course configuration, prerequisite rules, payment status and platform settings.

Course-access duration, lesson sequencing, assessment availability, technical restrictions and other access conditions may vary according to the relevant course.

Unless lifetime access is expressly stated for a particular enrollment, these Terms do not independently create a promise of lifetime access.

Learners are responsible for maintaining suitable internet connectivity, a compatible device, an appropriately updated browser and continued access to the email address associated with their learner account.

Courses may include lessons, quizzes, practical exercises, module tasks, projects, technical reviews, assignments, prerequisite rules and other completion requirements.

The Beginner course may include a progressive WordPress website build, lesson or module assessments and final technical review requirements. Applicable training benchmarks may include:

• A 70+ Rank Math SEO target on applicable assessed pages.
• A 70+ GTmetrix performance target under defined course assessment conditions.

Successful completion depends on satisfying the requirements established for the applicable course. Payment, enrollment, account access or partial participation does not by itself constitute successful completion.

Learners are expected to complete assessments honestly and in accordance with applicable instructions.

Where Esposearch Courses makes a certificate, badge or other completion record available, it indicates satisfaction of the applicable Esposearch Courses requirements for that course.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such completion recognition does not constitute:

• A university degree or academic award.
• A statutory or government licence.
• Professional licensure.
• External accreditation.
• An independently recognized industry certification.
• Guaranteed professional competence.
• Guaranteed Esposearch Expert status.

Certificate availability may depend on course configuration, successful completion and applicable platform functionality.

Refund eligibility, where available, is governed by any applicable refund conditions, purchase-specific terms, course-specific terms and mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

These Terms do not create an unconditional or universal refund guarantee. Learners should review any refund terms presented during the purchase process before completing enrollment.

Where legally permitted, third-party bank, currency-conversion or payment-processing charges may not be refundable by Esposearch where such charges were imposed independently by another provider.

Where a course payment is validly refunded or reversed, access to the relevant paid course may be withdrawn where appropriate.

Esposearch Courses materials may include written lessons, graphics, branding, assessments, prompts, code examples, templates, exercises, downloads, videos, diagrams, workflows and other content.

Unless otherwise stated, these materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, republished, redistributed, commercially repackaged, publicly posted or shared without authorization.

Learners may apply knowledge and skills developed through training to lawful personal, professional, freelance, agency or client projects. Learning from the materials does not transfer ownership of Esposearch content, course materials, trademarks or branding.

Learners remain responsible for reviewing, testing and validating such materials before using them on live websites, production environments or client systems.

Third-party products operate under their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, licences, service availability and technical conditions. Their features and policies may change independently of Esposearch Courses.

Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product does not by itself establish sponsorship, endorsement, certification or formal partnership.

Where learners purchase or create accounts with third parties, the relationship with that third-party provider is governed separately by that provider’s applicable terms.
